In a mysterious and surreal area somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly perplexed tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew leaves his monotonous job in a Quebec government office and sets off on a puzzling journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities merge, intertwine and echo in a surreal comedy of fun.
